The CIPA Custom Towing Mirror # CM11551 you reference is not compatible with your 2020 Toyota 4Runner, however I have a solution. The K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors # KS69ZR is the correct choice for your vehicle. The CIPA mirrors you reference are custom made for Ford F-150 trucks.
While there are not any custom-fit mirrors for your vehicle at this time, this is your best option; These universal mirrors simply fit over your existing factory mirrors.
