Will the UWS Toolbox Lift Cylinder Lift the Lid When the Handle is Pulled

do these replacement cylinders actually lift the lid when latch handle is pulled ?

The lift cylinders for the UWS toolboxes will lift the lid of a UWS toolbox, but you will need to assist the lift cylinder by lifting the toolbox lid a few inches before the lift cylinder opens the lid the rest of the way. It will not immediately begin to lift the lid once you pull the handle.
