The Clearance Light Kit # CB-15AK are a little different the the OEM lights for your 1992 Ford F-150 Custom. The OEM lights have mounting holes on the sides of the lights while the # CB-15AK will mount through the base of the light. The mounting holes are 3" apart center to center and run the directly down the middle of the light. If you wanted to replace the incandescent bulbs included in these clearance lights with LEDs you would want to use the 194 LED Bulbs # DI78VR.
