Can Pre-Thule TracRac CapRac Crossbars Fit New Roof Rack Legs

Question:

I have some older pre Thule Caprac aluminum crossbars. Would these be compatible with any new thule or yakima or rhino roof mounts? Just looking at photos, it looks like the Rhino 2500 mounts or Thule Evo mounts could work maybe? The slot on the bottom of the caprac bars is about 1/2 inch wide.

Thank you for all of the info. While a lot of the feet for various roof racks do look similar, the profile on top of the legs is very specific to what crossbar will fit. Your best chance of your old TracRac CapRac bars working with something would be the Thule feet, but we will need to look into an alternative option because my contact at Thule said the Pre-Thule CapRac bars won't fit the Thule feet.

If the roof rack you are wanting is for your 2021 Honda Ridgeline then I recommend going with the 65" Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack # MPG217 if you have the raised rails on your cab. If you have the naked roof then I recommend the Rhino-Rack Vortex roof rack which consists of the following:

59" Vortex Aero Crossbars - # RRVA150B-2
2500 Series Feet - # RRRLKVA
Fit Kit - # DK470

If you were thinking about using a different type of rack or you can tell me what you plan on using the roof rack for then I can make additional recommendations if necessary.
