I have a bandw companion 5th wheel hitch model rvk3000. I have a new 2021 ram 3500 with the hole for the ball in the bed that is round and the stinger of my hitch is square. Do you have a replacement stinger that will fit my new truck. The stinger is attached using u bolts so could be easily replaced

I follow what you are asking, is there a replacement part, the stem/stinger for the gooseneck, to change out on your current B&W Hitch, the B&W Companion Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter, # BWRVK3500. While yes, you can adapt your current hitch to your new 2021 Ram 3500, it is not done by changing the stem. The B&W companion and the B&W Gooseneck is heavily dependent on the square shape of its design, but since you have the OEM puck system in your new 2021 Ram 3500, I suggest changing the base. My recommendation is to use the Replacement Base for B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ram, # BWRVB3600.
If you do need a hitch ball for your new truck, there is the B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit for Ram Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch, # BWGNXA2062.
