If you have the Rampage Radiant Backseat Heater - 300 Watt - 12 Volt # RA3501, you will be able to power the heater by using your lithium battery. This heater will provide you with enough heat that you need for a small cargo van. The universal conversion cigarette lighter cord you need is the Rear View Safety Cigarette Lighter Adapter # RVS-505. This solution will require splicing of your battery's wires.
If you need a battery that will provide you with the power you need for your heater, I recommend the NOCO Genius # 329-GENIUS5. This charger will automatically switch to trickle mode to maintain the charge on the battery, which prevents overheating and battery failure. However, if you plan on using the NOCO Genius, you need to use the X-Connect Dual-Size 12V Plug for NOCO Genius Battery Chargers # 329-GC003 to plug into your cigarette lighter.
