These custom brackets mount beneath your truck bed to provide attachment points for the industry standard 5th wheel rails.

I recommend adding the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector for Aluminum Beds - 7' Long item # C57008 to give you a much easier way to hook up your trailer's 7-way wiring harness.
