What mounting parts are required for these step type fenders?

The CE Smith Single Axle Trailer Fenders w/ Top and Side Steps - Gray Plastic - 12" Wheels - Qty 2, part # CE19502-2, will mount to the existing hardware on your trailer. There will be some drilling involved because the fenders do not have any pre-drilled holes.
