The Roadmaster # RM-88196 is a fit for a 2002-2004 Honda CR-V, and wouldn't fit your 2017 Wrangler Unlimited.
For your Jeep, you'd use part # RM-88130 for the seat adapter when using the # RM-9160 Roadmaster BrakeMaster supplemental braking system. You'll also need a few other items to set up your 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for flat towing.
Assuming your JK has the standard factory bumper and isn't a Winter, Hard Rock or 75th Anniversary model, I'd recommend the Roadmaster # RM-521448-5 direct connect base plate kit. You'd also need # RM-643 safety cables, and a tow bar like the # RM-522 Falcon All-Terrain Tow Bar.

To wire the taillights, use a diode kit like # RM-15267.
