Will it work on my 2012 ram 3500 with a 5 inch lift if I ordered some longer end links?

This anti-sway bar will work for your vehicle, but like you said you will most likely need to order some longer end links. The end links in the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1129-124 are 13" long so if you needed longer ones you could order some longer ones separately to accommodate for your 5" lift. We do not carry any end links separately so you'll want to reach out to Roadmaster directly to purchase the correct fit for your 2012 Ram 3500.
