Yes, you can use the Curt Dual Hitch Extender for 2" Trailer Hitches # D-192 with the Kuat Pivot 2 Swing Away Hitch Extender for Bike Racks # PVD20B along with something like the Curt Trailer Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier # c31006.
As long as the weight of your vehicle's spare tire/wheel holder does not exceed more than 50% of your vehicles tongue weight or your trailer hitches tongue weight capacity.
