How will the passenger and driver mirrors fit my Toyota if they are universal mirrors? Thx

The CIPA Custom Towing Mirror, # CM11401 that you linked to is for the drivers side. The passengers side is # CM11402 and these are not for a 2019 Toyota 4Runner. However, I think the K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors # KS3891-2 will be a great fit. Please note the linked video below of these on a 2019 Toyota Highlander.
