Troubleshooting Non-Functioning Left Side Tow Package Trailer Lighting Circuits on 2008 Jeep Command

Question:
I only have lites on my rt side at my factory installed towing package .Im looking to replace the harness from the rear lites plug and go on both sides to the back of my seven pin .

I'd start by going into the fuse block in the engine compartment. The fuses that protect the left trailer tow stop/turn signal circuits is located in location number 19 in that fuse box. Examine the fuse and replace if needed, but BEFORE plugging the trailer back in, you'll want to closely examine the wiring carrying the left side stop/turn/taillights on the trailer to find the short circuit that caused the fuse to blow in the first place. If you plug in the trailer without locating and repairing the short circuit, you'll continue to blow fuses.
If you find it isn't a fuse issue, you could indeed bypass the tow package using the # C55381 harness. The harness would plug inline with the connection between the vehicle's taillight wiring harnesses and taillight assemblies. The harness would wire up to your 7-way as shown in the wiring diagram in the help article I've linked for you.
