Will a Reese 94720 fit a 2019 Ford F350 SRW short bed with prep package? Will turning radius be impeded with this gooseneck setup?

Yes you can use The Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter - Lippert 1621 and 0719 - 20,000 lbs # RP85FR with your 2019 F350 SRW.
The Reese Goose box will not provide any additional clearance for short bed trucks. To get some some extra room I recommend to use the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch - Ford and Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package Item # C88KR, with the Curt Above-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Fifth Wheel Rails - 3" Offset - 25,000 lbs Item # 16055. It is 3 inches offset and raises the location where the coupler and ball meet. But it does give some turning clearance.
To find out if your truck will have enough clearance to make tight turns, you will simply plug in a few numbers to this formula:
(A + B) - C = Clearance
A = Distance from the gooseneck ball to the truck cab
B = Offset used, (the 3 inches from the adapter)
C = Width of the nose of the trailer divided by 2.
