My bars are not welded on they are drilled factory bars i think see pics

Judging by the sticker on your bars it does look like those are the factory bars. The Aries Round Nerf Bars # AA204075-2 will fit on your 2007 Hummer H2 just fine in place of the OEM bars. If you'd rather have the black bars then you'd need part # AA204075 instead.

If you're looking for replacement hardware you'll need to get that from General Motors as hardware will need to be a direct replacement. Nerf bars can use specific hardware per each manufacturer which is why it needs to be a direct replacement.
