The Replacement Head Assembly # BWRVC3006 is compatible with the B&W Companion hitches but not the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Hitches like what you have with part # BWRVK3200. Since you have the Patriot you will need the part # BWRVC3200 instead.
The B&W Companion and Patriot 5th wheel hitches look similar and have the same basic features, but the way in which the head attaches to the base is different enough that you need a specific head depending on what hitch you have.
