Can The 362SW61 TRC Ramp Door Spring Fit a 62" Wide Trailer Door

Question:

I have a 62” wide door but have very little space above door. Can the spring be mounted with this limited space? Can it be jamb mounted?

The limited amount of space you have is going to make getting a ramp door spring installed a little difficult. But with that being said, the TRC Self-Winding Ramp Door Spring for 6' Wide Enclosed Trailer - Dual Spring - 120-lb Capacity # 362SW61 will fit doors from 48" wide to 64" wide. With you having a 62" wide door, you are good to go. All you need to do is slide the bracket and cable drum down and then cut the shaft to the length you need.
