Yes, you can still install the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Spring Kit # F2223 on the front of your 2002 Ford F-250 even though it has been lifted 3".

You will just need to pick up the Firestone 3" lift spacers # F2367 which are designed for springs that mount to the leaf spring stack like the kit you are needing.

To keep from having to manually inflate the air helper springs I recommend adding an on-board air compressor. I like the Air Command II # F2178 as it allows you to adjust the air pressure in each spring individually to level un-even loads, or if you have matching air springs in the back of your truck you can plumb the kit so that it controls both the front and rear springs.
