If you're just needing a wiring harness for the Curt TriFlex Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 4 Axles - Proportional # C24VV that you linked to so you can plug it into your 2003 Chevy Silverado with factory tow package then you can use the Curt Custom Wiring Adapter for Trailer Brake Controllers - Dual Plug In # C51352. This wiring harness will plug into the junction box located beneath the dash and then into the cable connector coming from your brake controller.
