Are these Hooks spring loaded so they dont flop around while driving?

The Hook and Keeper for Enclosed Trailer Door part # PLR9-A are not spring loaded. That said, we do have spring loaded options like the 45-Degree T-Style Hook and Keeper Door Holder for Enclosed Trailer part # 37211765. We don't have any straight spring loaded hook and keepers unfortunately.
