Question:

We have demco commander 9511010 tow bar. Looking at your tow plate for CR-V 2011 model # DM9519207 which u have told me is compatible. We have roadmaster brake buddy and need the wiring harness to vehicle brake lights NOT going thru vehicle wiring ?

For a tow bar lighting kit that fits your 2011 Honda CR-V that does not use the taillight wiring of the vehicle you'd go with a bulb and socket kit like the Roadmaster # RM-155 which we've had the chance to install on a 2011 Honda CR-V just like yours which I attached an install video on that will walk you through the process.
