Opening on my heritage glen 370bl is 14.5 does this fan not fit?

Yes, the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Thermostat - Manual Lift - 10 Speed - White # MA00-05100K will fit in your 14-1/2" x 14-1/2" rough opening and when using the included garnish it will fill the small gap. Roof vents and fans like this are manufactured to the industry standard size and will be interchangeable as long as you're roughly in the 14" x 14" range.
