You are correct that the Thule OutWay Trunk Bike Rack # TH56BV is not confirmed to fit your 2013 Mercedes CLS 550 All Wheel Drive Sedan. What happens sometimes is that we might get a fit list from Thule and then it changes which is probably why we have it listed but they don't (I've sent in an update to have this fit list updated).

An alternative option from Thule is the Gateway Pro which comes in both a 2-bike # TH88VR and a 3-bike # TH78VR version. This is still a really nice bike rack that just lacks a few of the premium features that the OutWay showcases, like the locks for the bike and rack, and torque limiting knobs for the mounting straps, and that you need to remove the bike rack to safely open up your trunk. The Gateway Pro comes with a lock for the bikes and then you can add a lock for the rack using the Strap # TH533.

The only other thing you might need is a bike adapter bar like part # TH982XT if any of your bikes lacks a horizontal top tube like what you normally see on a typical men's bike.
