I reached out to my contact at CargoSmart and the CargoSmart S-Curve Loading Ramp # 3483086 you were looking at is made in either India or China.
If you would prefer an option that is made here in the USA I recommend the Gen-Y Hitch Aluminum Loading Ramp Set # 325-GH-R84. This includes two ramps with a combined 6000lb capacity and due to them being made out of aluminum they are pretty light weight at 35lbs each.
