Will the box fit on my Stowaway 2 hitch?

I have an answer for you. Unfortunately, you will not be able to use your Stowaway 2 hitch with the Yakima GearLocker Enclosed Cargo Carrier for Modular EXO System - 10 cu ft # Y44VR on your 2019 Ram ProMaster 1500 because the bolt holes and the mounting locations on the box do not line up with the ones on your particular accessory. Also, from your provided photo of your accessory, it looks like there is a lip on the outer arm of the cradle. With these differences, any attachment of the box to your accessory would involve drilling and/or other custom fabrication.

However, with that being said, the good thing about the Yakima EXO cargo box is that you can purchase it with its own swing away hitch that is custom made to fit the cargo box. You can get this as the Yakima EXO Swing Away Enclosed Cargo Carrier - 2" Hitches - 10 cu ft - 100 lbs # Y62VR. This would be a much better and safer solution.
