Question:

I have just replaced the control box on one of the two reclining chairs, and just ordered two LED lighting kits which I hope will fix both lighting strips as neither light works. But I did notice on both cup holder controllers that the heat light is not working on both chairs, and after looking at the both control boxes there is one female plug on both control box chairs that isnt used. This leads me to believe my chairs have no heating option albeit the cup holders would indicate there should be? I do see a replacement heating wiring harness on your website, but both plugs not utilized has me skeptical. Can you help?

The Thomas Payne Seismic Left Arm Power RV Recliner w/ Heat, Massage, LED Lights # 195-000099,which is no longer available. does in fact have heating and cooling options.

Start by checking the wiring of the heating pad for continuity when the heating function is turned on with # PT89ZR . If you are getting voltage but the seat still isn't heating you'll want to replace the heater with # 195-000113. If it's not the heating element, then it's more than likely the cupholder with # LC38FR, which controls the heating function.
