I have a solution for you, but the Curt # C16441-104 are not a fit on the 2019 Ford F-150. Instead, the correct 5th wheel installation rails are available with part # RP56034-53 and will provide you with industry standard base rails for your 2019 F-150.
If your F-150 doesn't also have a 7 way wiring harness in the truck bed, you can add one with the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector for Aluminum Beds - 7' Long # C57008 to give you a much easier way to hook up your trailer's 7 way wiring harness. This is a plug and play wiring solution that lets you tee into the 7 way on your bumper, so there's not cutting of wires required to use this.
