I am looking at the RockyMounts MonoRail Bike Rack for 3 Bikes - 2 inch Hitches - Wheel Mount # RKY10004-10005 My questions are Do you recommend this for an RV? Is it recommended for a Tesla Model 3?

While the RockyMounts MonoRail Bike Rack for 3 Bikes - 2" Hitches # RKY10004-10005 is a superb choice for a Tesla Model 3, I verified that it is not rated for use behind an RV, including motorhomes (it had been at one time but RockyMounts has recently changed this).

There isn't a 3-bike rack similar to the MonoRail that can be used behind a motorhome, the only other option for a 3-bike rack is a hanging rack, the Swagman Trailhead 3 Bike Rack # S63365.

For a 2-bike rack that is rated for use behind a motorhome there is the Lets Go Aero V-Lectric FAT PRO Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # LGA77FR.

So really, it just depends on what your priority is for a rack; if it is for an RV then you'll need a different option, but for use mainly with your Tesla, then a great choice would absolutely be the RockyMounts MonoRail Bike Rack for 3 Bikes - 2" Hitches # RKY10004-10005.
