The Curt Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit for Ford - Gloss Finish # C16424-104 will fit the Ford F-250, F-350, and F-450 from 2011-2016 that have a 6 1/2' bed and an 8' bed. Unfortunately, this is not a fit for you 2015 Ford-250 Super Duty with a 6 3/4' bed.
However, the Curt Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit for Ford # C16424-204 is a fit for your Ford F-250 Super Duty.
If you need a 5th wheel hitch, the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R16 Roller # 16516, is a fit for your truck and will work with the installation rails # C16424-204.
