Troubleshooting Masterlock Safe Space Portable Storage Box with Combination Lock

Question:
The cable releases but the box will not open. I tried wiggling the numbers

Since the combination has released the cable, I recommend carefully trying to pry the box open with your fingers or a screwdriver. While you're doing this try to go up and down a couple numbers on the dial from the combination you put in to get the cable to release. There is no code that I can give you to unlock it. The only default combination for the MasterLock part # ML5900D is 0-0-0-0. If you never changed the combo that's the only number I would be able to provide you. If none of these options are successful you'll need to replace the unit.
