Can you recommend a combination of t-track side rails and cross bars/bike rack that will fit my 2020 Ram 1500 with short bed and Truckhero ultra flex bed cover

Though I can confirm the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack w/ Cantilever - 1,250 lbs # TH43003XT-501EX will fit your 2020 Ram 1500 with a 6-1/2 foot bed, I cannot confirm it will fit with your Ultra Flex bed cover. This is due to the upright bars on the # TH43003XT-501EX canting inwards towards the middle of the bed. This causes folding covers to get caught up and not open all the way. Unfortunately, this will be the case with all the racks we carry that are compatible with bed covers.

With that said, the covers that will work with this rack, or other racks, will all be roll up, like the BAK Revolver X4s Hard Tonneau Cover - Roll Up - Aluminum and Vinyl - Matte Black # BAK84ZR, or retractable, like the Pace Edwards JackRabbit Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover w Explorer Rails - Aluminum and Vinyl - Black # PE65CV.

For a bike rack that will fit the # TH43003XT-501EX, you have a few options, but the Thule UpRide Roof Bike Rack - Wheel Mount - Clamp On or Channel Mount - Aluminum # TH599000 will fit directly into the slots on the bars and will not touch the frame of the bike at all. So it is highly recommended.
