Is the mounting base compatible with the AMPS 4-hold mounting pattern?

I had our warehouse measure the mounting pattern of the Rear View Safety Monitor Mount # RVS-1417 you were looking at and it measures 2.257" X 2.281".

Based on the information I was able to find on the AMPS 4-Hole Bolt Pattern it is 1.181” x 1.496” so this does not have the same mounting pattern.
