Recommended Brake Light Relay Kit For A 2021 Chevy Equinox LT

Question:
The equinox brake lights do not illuminate when engine is off and brake is depressed in the vehicle. It appears that the relay kit is not needed, but if you go to the next questions, it may be required. I dont want to install if not needed. Apparently not needed on earlier 2016 equinox.

The turn signal lighting on the 2021 Chevy Equinox is combined so you would need to use the relay kit but will want to use the Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751489 which is custom fit for your vehicle and will send the signal from your vehicle to the RV that your brake is being activated.
I've attached a video that will walk you through the steps of installing this switch kit.
