The Blaylock EZ Jack and Wheel Chock for Tandem-Axle Trailers # EZ-JACK is not rated for use on triple axle trailers. We do not currently carry a drive-on wheel jack for triple axle trailers so you would instead need to use a standard bottle jack like the Powerbuilt Unijack Bottle Jack with Built-In Jack Stand - 21" Lift - 6,000lbs # ALL620471 to lift and replace a tire.
