Yes, you can use the B&W Companion OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3300 in the bed of your 2021 Ford F-250 with the Reese Sidewinder # RP34FR. Since The OEM Companion uses 4 mounting points it can handle the turning forces applied to it, where the Turnover Ball Companion only has one mounting point which cannot handle the stress.
You will the Sidewinder Wedge Kit # RP74FR for this Reese Sidewinder # RP34FR to work with your B&W Hitch.
