According to the folks at Curt, their Class III # C13416 hitch you'd looked at fits all models of the 2020 Toyota RAV4, including the Hybrid. From a quality and a value standpoint, this is the hitch I'd recommend.

If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll also need a trailer wring harness like # C56434, a ball mount like part # D-28, a hitch pin like # PC3 and # 19260 for a 1-7/8 inch or # 63845 for a 2 inch trailer ball.
