I have a different option for you, but there is not a trailer hitch receiver available that fits your 2013 Volkswagen Beetle Coupe TDI.
Instead as long as you do not have the panoramic roof I recommend going with a trunk mounted bike rack, the Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack # Y02634, which will allow you to carry two bikes weighing up to 35lbs each.
This is a great alternative that allows you to still transport your bike though a hitch is not available for your vehicle.
