Can I put this in a 5th wheel basement area, obviously limited air movement. Or is there a model that will work in that environment?

Yes, the Everchill RV Mini Refrigerator w/ Freezer # 324-000110 can be placed in the "basement" storage compartment of your 5th wheel. My father has the same fridge in a lower compartment of his Jayco 5th wheel that is just deep enough for the fridge and has about a foot of space to the side.
