Pull-Out Spout Makes It Easier to Clean

Phoenix Faucets RV Faucet Pull-Out Spout

Pull the spout out so you can easily tackle that food caked onto your plates or rinse the sides of the sink from any angle. Toggle between the stream and spray options depending on how much pressure you need or how long that food has been sitting there. When you're done using it, the spout self-retracts with a hose weight that can be adjusted anywhere along the spray hose.

How to Install a Kitchen Faucet

Phoenix Faucets RV Faucet Pull-Out Spout

Depending on your setup, you'll need either the round deck plate for a 1-hole installation or the oval deck plate for a 3-hole installation. To install, use the brass inlet shank and drop the new faucet and a deck plate in place of your existing faucet. Hand-tighten 2 of the mounting nuts onto the screws, and thread the washers and other mounting nut onto the inlet shank. Then install the hose weight, thread the pull-out head's hose onto the faucet's center inlet, and connect the braided hot and cold water lines. You'll need to keep some tub and tile caulk (not included) on hand to help prevent any leaking.

Video Transcript for All You Need to Know About the Phoenix Faucets Hybrid RV Kitchen Faucet w/ Pull Out Spout

Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com and today we're gonna take a look at this Phoenix Faucets hybrid RV kitchen faucet with pull out spout. Now this faucet is going to let you upgrade the kitchen faucet in your RV or camper. Depending on your setup, this faucet can either have a one hole installation using this round deck plate, as you can see right here, or a three-hole installation using the oval deck plate that I am using for our demonstration purposes, and it does include the mounting hardware using the brass inlet shank with the polymer lining, you're simply going to drop your new faucet and deck plate in place of your existing faucet. Then you're gonna hand tighten two of the mounting nuts onto the screws and thread the washers and other mounting nut onto the inlet shank. And then connect the pull out head hose to the center of the faucet body. And then finally, you're going to install the hose weight and connect the hot and cold water lines.

The use of tub and tile caulk may be required depending on your installation that is not included with this faucet if that would have to be a separate pick up or purchase if you are in need of that. So the star of the show is the pull out head that's going to make it easy to get food off of your dishes. And we have toggle buttons here that is going to switch between stream and spray options. And these rubber spray tips, as you can see right here are going to be easy to clean. And I talked about the hose weight earlier and you can see that right here.

This weight can be adjusted anywhere along the spray hose and it's going to enable the spout to retract easier as you can see there. And if it's not retracting as quickly as you want you can just again adjust that weight as you need to. But as you can see, it pulls out very easily, very quickly. Then when you're done, you just let that feed back in to the faucet itself and you are good to go. Now this is a standard flow aerator and it has the water pressure that you need to clean dishes faster.

It does have a flow rate of 2.2 gallons per minute and this high rise spout rotates on the base. So this is the range of motion that you are going to get with that rotation. It does not go all the way around in a 360 degree position. And this is a single handle design with a lever style handle and the ceramic disc cartridge is maintenance free and the durable long lasting discs create a watertight seal when this faucet is turned off. This features a durable lead free hybrid construction with this matte black finish and the molded underbody is made of durable plastic.

And the ABS plastic components are powder coated with metal. So the overall height at the tallest point and I believe that's going to be right where this handle is we're sitting right at about 9" tall. And then the base dimensions if you are using the round base plate, the diameter is going to be 2 3/4". And then if you're using the oval base as we are using right here, the width of this base is sitting right at about 10 1/4" and the depth is about 2 5/8" deep. The overall spout length and I measured from the center of our faucet all the way to the tip we are sitting right at about 10 1/4" long. And then the distance from the countertop to our aerator is about 6". And on the inlet shank, the diameter is 1 5/16" and the length is 2 3/8". The water supply line is 1/2" male pipe thread. And the the matte black finish is very attractive. It's stylish. And just be aware that a finish like this sometimes can pick up smudges and fingerprints a little bit easier. But overall it looks like the finish is going to hold up very well. It's very durable. Instructions are also included to walk you through the simple installation process. Obviously I don't have this connected to water but installing it here on my little display table, it was very easy to install and to adjust that weight and get everything in position. Well, that's going to conclude our look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.

Excellent Product. Good and solid build. Looks very nice in a big RV. Installation easy without any problems. Ordering and shipping worked perfectly.

by:

Definitely an upgrade to the original 20 year old faucet. Installed easily despite the cramped space. Took about an hour taking my time to remove the old and install the new. Happy with the results.

by:

I bought this in the winter while trailer was in storage for a few months. Was going to install myself but it was going to be tricky to get the old one out so took it to my favorite RV service place. They installed it and I got to the campsite and it didn't work! No water coming out. Luckily I had a bathroom sink to use. Stopped by the service place on the way home and they couldn't find a reason it didn't work so I had to have another installed that they had in stock. I really loved the looks of this one and didn't like the replacement as well but needed a faucet! Called Phoenix and it was too late for a refund, didn't need a new one sent since I had another installed, but they did send me another product, a shower head, that I could use.

The package arrived in a timely manner. My husband installed it fairly quickly without any problems. It looks great and works well. We now have a faucet that works with no leaks!

by:

We live it. It's just the right size and u love how it spares & can go quick far if needed

by:

For the dollar spent, this is a very nice faucet. Purchased this particular one as it was very close in design/look to the one it was replacing. Absolutely no complaints!

by:

Hard to believe it's been a year already because this faucet looks like it just came out of the package and it has functioned flawlessly. No faucet drips, no leaks, no complaints. The wife loves it. Need I say more? Well yeah, I will say one more thing. I recommend it.

by:

Works great, better than the original one it replaced

by:

Quality was better than expected. It was much harder to get the old faucet out than to install the new one. My 76 year old husband installed the new one in about 20 minutes, saving us about [XX] to have our mobile RV repairman do it. After unsuccessfully searching on Amazon for an RV faucet that would work I was grateful that etrailer had the exact faucet we needed.

by:

Like the faucet overall, not crazy about the sprayer hose it seems to kink easy so far no issues. I have had this style of hose before and they wear from abrasion

by:

Water lines were 1/2” male fittings hook up in rv trailer were 3/8” com. fittings.
extra trip to hardware store otherwise seems ok ( not hooked up yet)

by:

Here's a few pics you asked for. Beautiful faucet, smooth movement. Nice addition to our 5th wheel!

by:

I own Boats, Trailers, RVs etc and you guys are always great to deal with, prices are fair and product always comes quick.....Keep up the good work

Fast delivery and great product

This faucet is fantastic! It looks GREAT and is so easy to install. But if you know the slightest bit about plumbing. Most faucets aren’t hard to install. The range on this one is amazing. It turns almost a full 180° from side to side, and the pull out is long enough to reach any angle or size of whatever you are trying to wash in the kitchen sink.

by:

This faucet is perfect! We have an older class A motorhome and the kitchen faucet had always been a problem since we purchased it about 7 years ago. I had finally had it this last trip. So I found etrailer on line while we were camping and ordered this new faucet. I just installed it by myself with no problems. I am a 66 yr old female with very arthritic hands. If I can do this anyone can! Saved money buying it here on line too. Our
old faucet didn't have a pull out so I'm thrilled with this.

by:

I am extremely pleased with this faucet, which I installed in my RV to replace an outdated, two-handle OEM faucet. What an improvement! The quality is excellent. I planned to order an all-metal faucet an was initially a bit reluctant about the hybrid (plastic/metal) construction, but that's not an issue at all. The plastic parts are heavy resin and extremely durable. An added advantage is that the bronze color is molded in, so it won't scratch or wear off like the "painted on" bronze finish applied to metal. WAY better than my all-metal old faucet, whose finish showed wear after very little use. I had to drill a center hole to install the new faucet, but that was easy. It comes with a cover plate to use if your current faucet is two-hole like mine, but can be used without the plate if you have one hole. Overall installation wasn't difficult and it matched my current bronze cabinet hardware beautifully (as the photos show)! I'm so pleased that I'll probably order a matching one for the bathroom sink!

by:

As usual the quality of the faucet was great, effortless installation and it really looked good upon completion. Great price and fast shipping I will always go to etrailer.com for my needs

by:

First, great service! I ordered on Tues afternoon & received the faucet Fri morning. The faucet was very easy to install, with a Phillips head screwdriver and a small wrench. The instructions were easy to follow, I removed the old and installed the one in about 30 minutes. The old faucet in our RV would spin around during travel & the handle would bounce open. The one time we forgot to turn off the water pump we had a minor flood! That was the last straw with that faucet. This new one will not have those issues, a much better design.

by:

This was the same model as the one one I was replacing. it took less than 10 minutes and works perfectly

by:

Had to get a whole new faucet assembly just to get a new spray wand due to old one leaking. Had only been installed over a year. Ordered the new one on a Tuesday and was advised delivery would be Friday. Friday came and went, so did Saturday and finally on the following Tuesday it was delivered. The order had free delivery and brought the issue to etrailer attention and seemed to just brush it off and was told give it a couple more days. I wasn't asking for any type of refund just bringing the issue to their attention. So will see how long this one last. Overall everything went ok as I know things happen but just don't like to be told misleading information.

by:

Everything was perfect. Will definitely shop here again.

by:

Love the faucet, but supply lines required extensions because they are too short for our Grand Design 2150RB kitchen.

by:

Supply lines are too short by about 3 inches. Hot line is 9 inches and cold is 8 inches. If you need longer lines etrailer does not sell those. I ordered the extensions from Amazon. We are 2 hours away from a hardware store, so I could not locally source them. Faucet looks nice.

Hey Janice, thanks for reaching out! I'm not much of an interior designer, but what I would do in your situation is look up one of those websites that helps out with different color schemes for a standard house and then see if any of those color schemes are something you think you'd like inside your Rockwood. We also don't have any insight into replacing valances, but I typed in "How to replace RV valance" into an internet search and it looked like the wonderful world of YouTube had plenty...
