I have a solution for you. Unfortunately, we do not carry (and they do not make) front trailer hitches for your 2010 Jeep Patriot.
However, we do carry rear hitches for your vehicle. For a great economic hitch with a 525 pound maximum tongue weight and 3,500 pounds of maximum gross towing weight, I recommend the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver - 2" # 75712. The Draw-Tite has a 6-inch distance from the center of the pinhole to the end of your rear bumper, so you will be able to use 2-inch accessories if you have a shank longer than that measurement to clear your bumper. The hitch comes with a complete hardware kit for an easy, bolt-on installation.
