Question:

I have drum bakes on my boat trailer and am looking to replace my actuator, i want to have the electronic brake solenoid but cant fin one that is for drum brakes only disk? are these DX99FR compatible with both drum and disk or can you provide me the part number for just drum . thank you

While the Dexter option you mentioned is for disc brakes only, there is a way to get a similar hydraulic drum brake actuator with an electric reverse lockout. You'll need to get the actuator and lockout separately, so what you can use is the following:

- Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator - Drum - Zinc - 2" Ball - 7,000 lbs # DM72VR

- Reverse Lockout Solenoid for Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuators - Non-Bypass # DM11993
