Question:

Want to add back drag blade. So want to buy both blades new so they are equal height/level on ground old western plow 8’, 13” on center bolt pattern would want kit with longer bolts

For the replacement cutting / lead blade you will want to check out Replacement Cutting Edge # 3371301220 and Replacement Cutting Edge # 3371301291. Both blades are 8' long and 6" tall with 13" between bolt holes just like you wanted. The difference between these blades is that # 3371301220 has bolt holes 1" from the top of the blade while # 3371301291 has bolt holes 2-1/16" from the top of the blade (see attached photos).

Then for the back drag blade the best option available is Replacement Back Drag for Western/SnowEx/Blizzard Snow Plows - Steel - 8' Long # 3371311212. The available hardware kits for this is 2" Long # 3371301061 and 3-1/2" Long # 3371301062. If you need longer bolts then you will want to go to your local hardware store and match up some longer bolts.
