Question:

What is the recommened tire pressure for a single axle trailer carrying a 1000 lb load on 4.80X12 tires???????

The tire you reference, Kenda # AM30620, has a 990 lb maximum load with a psi rating of 90. Carrying a 1000 lb load will not be an issue because the capacity with these tires is 990 for each tire which gives tallies a total capacity of 1980 lbs.

You will want to keep these tires inflated to the maximum psi of 90 rating. By having the tires fully inflated, they will perform and wear better as well as give you better gas mileage.

To find the psi rating, it is stamped on the sidewall of the tire.
