I have a shaft piece that is worn/hollowed out that connects the horizontal bar that goes to the other leg and needs to be replaced. We have a 2019 Artic Fox 27-5L 5th wheel and the manufacturer says it is a LCI 8000# landing gear from the factory. Will these part be the correct one?

It sounds like you need a leg repair kit, or possibly two if both sides are damaged or worn. For the lead leg, which is the leg with the motor/crank attached to it, you will want to go with Lippert Venture Lead Leg Repair Kit # LC146059. For the follow leg, the leg without the crank/motor, go with Lippert Venture Follow Leg Repair Kit # LC146060. These kits are a fit for the Lippert Venture landing gear setup which seems to be what you have on your Arctic Fox 27-5L 5th wheel RV.
While the repair kit will most likely solve your problem, there is also a chance that one or two of the legs are damaged in which case you would want to replace them. You will want to look for a part number or send in a photo so that I can accurately match up a replacement for you. I also attached a link which shows the various replacement legs like Replacement Lead Leg # LC305340.
