There will not be any interference between your air bags and the Roadmaster anti-sway bar that fits your 2019 Ford F-250, which is the following part:
- Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM93VR
The anti-sway bar and air bags use separate mounting points so the two are compatible for your truck, and this set up is going to give you the best possible overall handling when towing or with a load in the bed. I have added a link below to the instructions for you to check out as well.
