Can Bulldog Latch Repair Kit be Painted

Mine is kind of rusting after awhile. Can I paint it?

You sure can!
The Bulldog Latch Repair Kit # BD024200 can just be spray painted. Bulldog even designed it with a pin hole so you can hold the latch with something to make it easier to paint.
