Can this hitch be used with rock tamers?

The Curt Rebellion XD Shock Absorbing Ball Mount # C83WR is compatible with Rock Tamers, but the only way to make sure you will have enough clearance is to measure from the center of the hitch pin hole to the front edge of your trailer hitch receiver.

Rock Tamers like the # ERT00108 require 1" of clearance between the face of the receiver and the ball mount, so since from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the # C83WR measures 3" you will need to have a center of hitch pin hole to face of receiver measurement of 2" or less.

That measurement depends on the rear bumper. My 2024 Ram 3500 needs more than that, approximately 3 3/4" from center of the hitch pin & Curt says it's 3.66
