Kwikee Steps Won't Retract All the Way Back Series 32 909506000  

Here are all the numbers I can find - On the motor is a sticker with a bar code the line under that : 050200 AA C and under that: 5973820 On the shaft housing from the motor to the actuator: 26 On the actuator housing: 151332 On the pivoting part between the housing and the push rod: A On the push rod: 151364 and a 3 at the bend On the pin attach fitting: 151342 First malfunction was the steps would go part way up and with a little help would go all the way up going back down worked ok. Now the steps will only go about 1/2 way up but no further, with or without help. Is this a control module problem or gear box or motor or something else? Series 32, serial number 285880 on the gear box, p.n. 909506000 on the control module When the steps stopped, I turned off the chassis and coach battery switches to avoid overheating something, so I did not listen for the motor running.
