Expert Reply:
The Rear View Safety Windshield Mounting Arm # RVS-619UM is capable of supporting a monitor that is up to 3lbs and can mount with the windshield style mirror mounting bracket. It was designed for use with their Rear View Safety Universal Mirror Monitor # RVS-619N
The Fookoo 1080P Wireless Monitor system, part DW9T4 does not use a mirror style mounting bracket and instead has a dash style bracket. If you are able to find or create a mount to allow for it to connect this way and the entire assembly is under 3lbs you will be able to use the arm.
