Will the relocation kit fit on a 3 inch bull bar

The Westin Parking Sensor Relocation Kit # 40-0015S is designed to fit their HDX Winch Mount Grille Guard with Punch Plate # 57-93555 and the Sportsman Grille Guard # 40-3555. This due to them requiring a flat, vertical surface to attach to.
With that being said, to use this on a 3 inch diameter bull bar, like the Westin # 32-3925, if will require fabricated brackets.
